SCHEDULING CONFLICTS. A. When timely employee vacation requests conflict, choice of vacation will be given the employees in each department according to seniority. B. Service/maintenance employees may exercise seniority for a single vacation request of one or more consecutive weeks per calendar year. Seniority may not be used to displace another service/maintenance employee from the vacation schedule once the schedule has been set.
