Scheduling Coordinator Responsibilities. (a) Each SC that takes service under the TP’s OATT or other tariff to serve retail load shall pay to the TP the invoiced charges in accordance with Rate Schedule 1 and said OATT or other tariff. (b) Amounts not paid on or before the due date shall be payable with interest accruing at a rate equal to one percent plus the prime commercial lending rate established from time to time by Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A., New York, New York, or its successor, from the due date until the date upon which payment is made.
