Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance Activities. The Contractor shall plan and schedule maintenance work to assure that materials, labor, and equipment are available to complete requirements within the specified time limits and in conformance with established quality standards. The Contractor shall schedule PM, as well as all other types of maintenance and repair work, in such a way as to minimize the impact on the end user. The Contractor shall not perform scheduled maintenance on overtime without approval from the COR. The Contractor shall document a completion date for all PM work on the monthly PM Work Schedule Report and shall complete all scheduled PM’s during the period specified in the work order.

  • Preventive Maintenance The Contractor shall provide necessary preventive maintenance, required testing and inspection, calibration and/or other work necessary to maintain the equipment in complete operational condition during the warranty period.

  • Maintenance Scheduling The NTO shall schedule maintenance of its facilities designated as NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control and schedule any outages (other than forced transmission outages) of said transmission system facilities in accordance with outage schedules approved by the ISO.
