Scheduling Preference. Vacation applications will be limited to two weeks for the peak summer months (between June 1st and September 30th) and shall be submitted prior to April 1st each year and preference shall be given to employees on the basis of business need and the employees seniority within the workgroup. Approved vacation forms will be returned by April 30th.
