SCHEME REGULATIONS. 19.1 The Scheme is subject to all provisions that may be imposed by any relevant authority. 19.2 Should any relevant authority impose any provisions with regards to the Scheme, such conditions shall be registered against the title deed conditions applicable to the Scheme.
SCHEME REGULATIONS. 15.1 The property is sold furthermore subject to, inter alia, the following provisions imposed by the City of Cape Town in respect of the development on the land, viz: 15.1.1 The person who at any time is the owner of any land unit directly involved in the subdivision shall be required, without compensation – 15.1.1.1.1 to allow gas mains, electricity, telephone and television cables and/or wires, main and/or other water pipes and foul sewers and stormwater pipes, ditches and channels of any other land unit or units to be conveyed across the land unit concerned, and surface installations such as mini-substations, meter kiosks and service pillars to be installed thereon if considered necessary by the Council, in such manner and position as may from time to time be reasonably required; this shall include the right of access to and the land unit at any reasonable time for the purpose of constructing, altering, removing or inspecting any works connected with the above, and 15.1.1.1.2 to receive such material or permit such excavation on the land unit as may be required to allow use of the full width of an abutting street and provide a safe and proper slope to its bank necessitated by differences between the level of the street as finally constructed and the level of the land unit, unless he elects to build retaining walls to the satisfaction of an within a period to be determined by the Council. 15.1.2 Solid waste will be collected by the City of Cape Town which accepts no liability for wear and tear on the road in the development or any theft or accidental damage to any equipment, roads or any other feature in the development and the City may require to be indemnified against all damages or losses which may occur as a result of the City collecting refuse within the boundaries of the development. 15.2 If so required by the relevant authority, the conditions quoted in clause 15.1 shall be registered against the title deed of the property.

The Scheme is subject to, inter alia, the following provisions which may be imposed by the City of Cape Town in respect of the Development, namely: 19.1.1. the person who at any time is the owner of any Section shall be required, without compensation: 19.1.1.1. to allow gas mains, electricity, telephone and television cables and/or wires, main and/or other water pipes and foul sewers and storm water pipes, ditches and channels of any other neighbouring properties, sections or units to be conveyed across the Scheme, and surface installations such as mini-substations, meter kiosks and service pillars to be installed thereon if considered necessary by the City of Cape Town, in such manner and position as may from time to time be reasonably required; this shall include the right of access to and/or over the Scheme at any reasonable time for the purpose of constructing, altering, removing or inspecting any works connected with the above, and 19.1.1.2. to receive such material or permit such excavation on the Scheme as may be required to allow use of the full width of an abutting street and provide a safe and proper slope to its bank necessitated by differences between the level of the street as finally constructed and the level of the Scheme, unless it elects to build retaining walls to the satisfaction of and within a period to be determined by the City of Cape Town; 19.2. If so required by the relevant authority, the conditions set out in clause 19.1 shall be registered against the title deed conditions applicable to the Scheme.

  • RULES & REGULATIONS The Exhibitor must comply with the requirements of all Authorities and where applicable with all rules and regulations issued by the owner of the Venue in force at the time of the Exhibition. The Exhibitor undertakes to comply with the obligations and duties contained or referred to in the Contract including (without limitation) those contained or to be contained in the Exhibitors’ Manual. Exemptions from any of these obligations and duties may be granted at the Organisers’ discretion. No exemption given by the Organisers will be effective unless in writing. The Contract comprises these Terms and Conditions, the Exhibition Space Contract and the Exhibitors’ Manual) except as varied in writing signed by the parties.

  • FCC Regulations The unstayed, effective regulations promulgated by the FCC, as amended from time to time.

  • Applicable Regulations If an issue relating to investments is covered both by this Agreement and by the national legislation of one Contracting Party or by international conventions, existing or to be subscribed to by the Parties in the future, the investors of the other Contracting Party shall be entitled to avail themselves of the provisions that are the most favourable to them.

  • FIRE REGULATIONS All Exhibitors must comply with the regulations of the local authority and applicable law as they relate to the design and construction of Exhibition stands, and the use of suitably fireproofed materials.

  • Market Regulations The Company shall notify the Commission, the Principal Market and applicable state authorities, in accordance with their requirements, of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and shall take all other necessary action and proceedings as may be required and permitted by applicable law, rule and regulation, for the legal and valid issuance of the Securities to the Subscribers and promptly provide copies thereof to Subscriber.
