School Assignments Sample Clauses
School Assignments. School age children of an employee, including those of which they have legal guardianship, shall be eligible to attend school at the employee’s work location or any other appropriate school within the employee’s school zone with the exception of other schools within the zone at the same level to which an employee is assigned. For example, an employee assigned to a middle school in a zone cannot register a school age dependent at another middle school within the same zone under the provisions of this agreement. Employees choosing to send eligible children to schools other that their home schools shall provide transportation to and from school providing that regular school bus transportation is not available for that school in the area in which the child lives. Children of employees must meet all requirements prior to acceptance into any special program.
School Assignments. Where two (2) or more paraprofessionals are assigned to a school in the same job category, every effort shall be made to place as many paraprofessionals as possible on a full-time basis at least 20 hours per week, unless it is mutually agreed with the paraprofessionals that employment on a part-time basis is preferred. It is understood by the parties that no increase in hours can be added to a school's allotment of paraprofessional time solely in order to increase a paraprofessional's assignment to 20 or more hours.
School Assignments. Changes in school assignments are often made to meet the needs of the total school situation. When this is necessary, the Director of Health Education and Services shall make these recommendations to the Personnel Director. On or about June 1, of every year and at such other times as are practicable, the Division of Human Resource Services shall prepare tentative lists of anticipated vacancies for the following academic year in the various schools. Such lists shall be posted on the bulletin board made available for the use of N.T.A. in each school.

As soon as practicable, and no later than one (1) week prior to the end of the school year, except in cases of emergency as determined by the Superintendent, a districtwide schedule showing the names and school assignments of all teachers shall be posted. No later than the last day of the teachers’ work year, each principal shall provide staff members of his school with their proposed assignments for the next year, pending final enrollment and staffing information.

School Assignments. 4.1 The Chief of Police shall assign SRO’s to the following school campuses on a full time basis during Fall and Spring Semesters.
a. One (1) SRO at A&M Consolidated High School to primarily act as a law enforcement presence, mentor, problem-solver, and provide positive police- student relations.
b. One (1) SRO to split time between College Station High School and College Station Middle School, to primarily act as a law enforcement presence, mentor, problem-solver, and provide positive police-student relations.
c. One (1) SRO to split time between A&M Consolidated Middle School and the Center for Alternative Learning, to primarily act as a law enforcement presence, mentor, problem-solver, and provide positive police-student relations.
4.2 After receiving significant input from the campus principals who will be sharing SRO's, the Chief of Police will determine the amount of time an SRO spends at any particular school campus.
School Assignments. The CITY will assign the existing SRO position to the El Dorado High School campus on a substantially full-time basis. The SRO may spend up to two
School Assignments. 15.3.1 An employee assigned to a school location away from his/her reporting location may be required to stay overnight at or near the school location. When an employee does stay at or near the school location, clean comfortable lodging will be arranged by the Company. The Company will pay the cost of such lodgings and per diem as follows:
15.3.1.1 Effective 1-1-2002: $32.00 per day.
15.3.1.2 Employees electing to commute back and forth daily may do so on their own time and expense with the approval of his/her supervisor. Employees will receive round trip personal vehicle mileage allowance from school to normal reporting location in lieu of and not to exceed lodging expense and per diem. This option is not available when a Company vehicle is provided. Per diem, as referenced in 15.3.1.1 will not be paid; however, the commuter will receive an $8.00 stipend for miscellaneous expenses. In no case will the mileage, combined with the stipend, exceed lodging and per diem cost.
