School or Parent Contract Clause Samples

A School or Parent Contract clause defines the formal agreement between a school and a parent or guardian regarding the enrollment, education, and welfare of a student. This clause typically outlines the responsibilities and expectations of both parties, such as payment of tuition, adherence to school policies, and participation in school activities. By clearly establishing the terms of the relationship, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that both the school and the parent are aware of their respective obligations and rights.
School or Parent Contract. The School agrees to submit any proposed Parent Contracts, including amendments, to the Sponsor for review by March 1 annually.
