School Property. Duly authorized representatives of the Union shall have the right to transact official Union business on school property before or after regular duty hours and during the lunch time of bargaining unit members, provided that this right does not interfere with normal school operations. No Union views on matters relating to School Board-teacher relationships or supervisor-teacher relationships shall be discussed in the presence of students.
