Common use of School Website Clause in Contracts

School Website. The Charter School shall maintain the website of the Charter School for a minimum of six (6) months from the date education operations cease. For the purposes of this section, education operations mean any period during which instruction is provided by the Charter School to enrolled students. At minimum, the website shall include contact information and instructions regarding requests for student and employee records;
