School's liability. Unless negligent or guilty of some other wrongdoing causing injury, loss or damage, the School does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or other loss caused to the Pupil or the Parents or for loss or damage to property. 7 Health and medical matters 7.1 Medical declaration: Before the Pupil enters the School, the Parents will be asked to complete a Confidential Information Form concerning the Pupil's health and must inform the Principal in writing if the Pupil subsequently develops any known medical condition, physical or psychological health problem or allergy, or will be unable to take part in games or sporting activities, or has been in contact with anyone with an infectious or contagious disease. 7.2 Medical care: If a boarder, the Pupil must be registered on the list of the School Doctor while a pupil at the School. The Parents must comply with the School Doctor’s recommendations which may include a reasonable decision to release the Pupil home or to her education guardian when she is unwell.
