Scope Adjustments. Scope Adjustments are amounts by which the otherwise applicable Base Rate will be increased or decreased if BCBSUW elects to include or exclude certain System capabilities from the System license. (The Base Rates set forth in the definition of "Base Rate" in Paragraph 1 above assumes each of the following capabilities are included.)
