Scope and Application of this Agreement. 2.1 This Agreement binds the parties and applies to the Land on which the Development is to be carried out. 2.2 This Agreement wholly excludes the application of: (a) section 7.11 of the Act; and (b) section 7.12 of the Act, but only to the extent of the Development. 2.3 This Agreement does not exclude the application of section 7.24 of the Act to the Development on the Land.
