SCOPE AND JURISDICTION. The Company is authorized to engage in all business permitted by the Law. If the Company qualifies to do business in a foreign jurisdiction, then it may transact all business permitted in that jurisdiction. There is no jurisdictional restriction upon the property or activity of the Company.
