Common use of Scope and Performance of Services Clause in Contracts

Scope and Performance of Services. 2.1 (a) District may, from time to time, by written instructions from the District’s General Manager or Assistant General Manager, or their designee, (“Authorized Representative”) issue task orders (“Task Orders”) to the Consultant. The Task Order shall be in such form and content as shall be set forth on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. The Task Order shall set forth: (1) the scope of services to be performed by Consultant; (2) the compensation to be paid to Consultant; and (3) the time to complete the Task Order. The provisions of this Agreement shall apply to all such Task Orders.
