SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. 2.01 The employer being the Hastings and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ District School Board (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as “the Union”) as the bargaining agent for all Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel save and except occasional teachers. 2.02 The Union will inform the Board from time to time of who is authorized to act on behalf of the Union.
