Common use of Scope and Roles Clause in Contracts

Scope and Roles. This Addendum applies only when Personal Data is processed by ETQ and the European Data Protection Legislation applies to such processing. In this context, Customer is the "data controller” and ETQ is the “data processor” with respect to Personal Data (as each term is defined in the GDPR). The parties acknowledge that the subject matter and details of the processing subject to this Addendum are described in Annex 1.
