Common use of Scope and Roles Clause in Contracts

Scope and Roles. This DPA applies when Darktrace processes Customer Data under the Agreement. In this context, Customer is the Controller and Darktrace is the Processor. Each Party agrees that it will comply with all Data Protection Laws in exercising its rights and performing its obligations under this Agreement, as such laws apply to a Controller and Processor respectively.
