Common use of Scope and Term Clause in Contracts

Scope and Term. ‌ (a) The Purchase Order will describe the parties to that Purchase Order, the goods and services to be purchased, quantity, price, delivery date, the scope of work, part number and any other relevant information. The Purchase Order incorporates and is subject to this Agreement. (b) Owner’s affiliates may use any Work contemplated under the Purchase Order for such Affiliate’s business purposes. (c) The term of the Purchase Order shall commence on acceptance of the Purchase Order and shall remain in force until it expires or is earlier terminated by either Party in accordance with this Agreement.
