The Hospital the Union as the sole bargaining agent for all employees at the Hospital in Toronto save and except Professional Medical Staff, Graduate and undergraduate Nurses, graduate and undergraduate Pharmacists, Technical Personnel and Students taking courses which lead to such positions, foremen, supervisors and persons above the rank of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and supervisor, office staff, students employed during the school vacation period and persons regularly employed for not more than hours per week.
