Scope Clause. 2.01 The Employer recognizes the Union as the bargaining agent of all employees of New Leaf: Living & Learning Together Inc. in the Regional Municipality of York, save and except supervisors, persons above the rank of supervisor, Registered Nurse, office and clerical staff, and students employed during the school vacation period. Students employed during the school vacation period shall not perform work normally performed by regular full time or regular part time employees as defined in Article 5.02 if as a result any such employee loses regular hours of work. 2.02 Further, persons hired for a specific term not to exceed twelve (12) months to replace an employee on leave or to perform special non- reoccurring tasks are excluded from the bargaining unit.
