The Annex and the Schedules form an integral and substantial part of this Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions (including the Annex thereto) (on one side) and those contained in the Schedules (on the other), the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 1.2 Capitalised terms used in this Agreement shall have the meaning set out in the Annex (Definitions) to this Agreement.
