Scope Included Services and Price
Included Services If any services, functions, or responsibilities not specifically described in this Agreement are an inherent, necessary, or customary part of the Services or are required for proper performance or provision of the Services in accordance with this Agreement, such services, functions, or responsibilities are deemed to be included within the scope of the Services to be delivered for the Charges, as if such services, functions, or responsibilities were specifically described in this Agreement.
Excluded Services All Coverage Types
Value Added Services The Contractor may offer Value-Added Services to its Members, as approved by EOHHS in accordance the EOHHS MCO Core Contract Requirements for Value-Add Services. EOHHS will not factor Value-Added Service into its calculation of the Contractor’s Capitation Rate, meaning the Contractor is responsible for the cost of all Value-Added Services. The Contractor must include a description of the Value-Added Services offering in all Member Materials as described in section 2.05.10 of this Agreement. The Contractor may include use Value-Added Services offerings as a Marketing tool and include the service array in Marketing Materials.
Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
