Common use of Scope of Activities Clause in Contracts

Scope of Activities. The scope of collaboration on academic and research activities under this MOU may include, but is not limited to the following: a) Exchange of faculty members b) Undergraduate and graduate students exchange for the purposes of the summer internship, dissertation projects, semester mobility, and/or for other academic purposes c) Exchange of publications, research materials, newsletters, etc. d) Internships & Joint Projects e) General academic and research collaboration f) Joint PhD collaboration and joint conferences and symposiums
