SCOPE OF AGREEMENT UNION RIGHTS, PRIVILEGES, AND OBLIGATIONS. A. The Bargaining Agent and the Board agree that this Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment, for the Bargaining Unit members covered by this Agreement, and that the determination of any question with respect to wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment not expressly covered by this Agreement shall be the exclusive right and responsibility of the Board subject to State Regulations and Laws of Florida and the United States and supersedes any previous agreements or practices, written or oral.
