Scope of Construction Work Clause Samples

The "Scope of Construction Work" clause defines the specific tasks, responsibilities, and deliverables that the contractor is required to perform under the contract. It typically outlines the types of work included, such as site preparation, building, installation, or finishing, and may reference drawings, specifications, or standards that must be met. By clearly delineating what is and is not included in the contractor’s obligations, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes over the extent of work required, ensuring both parties have a shared understanding of the project’s boundaries.
