Common use of Scope of Information Clause in Contracts

Scope of Information. Unless otherwise specified, all of Wireless Provider’s recordkeeping and disclosure obligations under this article are limited to the following (collectively the “Covered Information”): 13.1.1 The status of the construction, repair or restoration of Wireless Provider Improvements. 13.1.2 Information indicating whether City or Wireless Provider is in compliance with the terms herein.
