Scope of License Grant. The License is non-exclusive and extends through out the world including the United States and its territories. Licensor acknowledges that under this License Agreement it does not retain any right to or under the Licensed Product and User Documentation.

Scope of License Grant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, all licenses granted under this Agreement are limited to a field of use to comply with the MPEG-4 Visual Standard. No other licenses for any other purpose or use are granted herein.

Scope of License Grant. Subject to all the terms and limitations of this Agreement, AMBI grants to A&B the perpetual, sole and exclusive, non-transferable, and world-wide rights and licenses, to use AMBI's PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY in developing, manufacturing, having manufactured, using, selling, marketing, or distributing the LICENSED PRODUCTS. Full consideration for this Agreement is provided by the execution of, and continued compliance with, the counterpart A&B License Agreement under which AMBI will receive rights and licenses to A&B's PROPRIETARY INFORMATION, TECHNICAL INFORMATION, and PATENTED TECHNOLOGY, the rights and licenses granted under the A&B License Agreement having an equivalent annual value to the rights and licenses granted under this Agreement.

Scope of License Grant. You may install the Software, and use the Software on your computer solely for the following purposes depending upon the “License Type” as checked hereunder: Evaluation License: During such evaluation, you may use the software in order to evaluate it for purchase or for demonstration purposes. You may not use the Software, or any results derived thereof, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, other than for evaluation of the Software. Such use is forbidden both during and after the evaluation period unless the software is purchased during or immediately after the License Period. Likewise, unless the software is purchased during or immediately after the License Period, you may not disclose and/or publish results obtained with the Software without the express written permission of QuantumBio. The License Period for the Evaluation License is one (1) month from the Effective Date. Annual License: You are granted a one year, annually renewable, nonexclusive license for concurrent users to install and use the Software for in-house drug research and design purposes only performed at the site(s) listed below under “Site Address(es) for Use of Software.” By “one year, annually renewable” is meant that the initial License Period is one year from the Effective Date and the license will be automatically renewed for successive one year License Periods unless either party terminates the license by notice to the other party. You may use the Software for the License Period, and any results derived there from for the License Period and thereafter, for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. During and after the License Period, you may disclose and/or publish results obtained with the Software. Consultancy License: You are granted a consultancy license according to the attached Consultancy Appendix. All other terms noted on this full agreement are in full force.

Licensee may not: disable or bypass the time limitation mechanism contained in the Software; modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software; rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software; or remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software. Licensee may not use the software for uses other than software evaluation. In particular, it is forbidden to make use of the software or results derived thereof, including but not limited to output data files, for research purposes or for any commercial or non- commercial purposes other than evaluation of the software. Such use is forbidden both during and after the evaluation period. If the software is purchased immediately subsequent to the evaluation period, Licensee may expect this restriction to be waived and governed by the standard license agreement. The Software and Documentation are provided "AS IS" and without any warranty of any kind. ChemNavigator and its suppliers disclaim all warranties and conditions, express or implied, including warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement of third parties' rights. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or disclaimers of warranties, in which case the above exclusions or disclaimers may not apply.

Scope of License Grant. Licensee may: -Access the software from any number of client computers -Give the access to the software for your customers or use within your company -Use the software with the VoIP server(s) agreed with licensor (hardcoded/preconfigured ip or domain). All the VoIP servers must be owned by you or your company. Licensee may not: -Resell the software -Sell the software services for third party VoIP providers or other companies and agents -Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software -Modify the software in any way (except modifying the applet parameters and adding digital certificates) -Rent, lease, grant a security interest in, or otherwise transfer purchase rights of the software -Use the software connected with VoIP server not agreed on with the licensor -Make any additional revenue from it by offering the service for other companies or reselling (except the prices according to your voip service tariffs)

Scope of License Grant. Subject to the terms of this License Agreement, ▇▇▇’▇ grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and nontransferable license to download, install, and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on a single Mobile Device, strictly in accordance with this License Agreement. This License Agreement does not allow you to use the Application on any electronic device that is not owned or otherwise controlled by you. This License Agreement shall govern any upgrades provided by ▇▇▇’▇ to the Application, unless otherwise specified by ▇▇▇’▇ at the time the upgrade is made available to an End User.
