Common use of Scope of Operations Clause in Contracts

Scope of Operations. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Service Provider will collect, haul and dispose of Residential Solid Waste, Municipal Solid Waste and Construction and Demolition Waste during Business Days: (i) generated and accumulated by Service Provider’s customers, and (ii) placed within Containers by those customers receiving the services of the Service Provider, all within the Town’s corporate limits, including any territories annexed by the Town during the term of this Agreement (the "Services"). This agreement does not cover services provided in the Town’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
