SCOPE OF OTHER INDEMNIFICATION Clause Samples

The "Scope of Other Indemnification" clause defines the extent to which indemnification obligations apply beyond those specifically outlined elsewhere in the agreement. It clarifies whether parties are responsible for covering losses, damages, or liabilities arising from situations not expressly covered by the main indemnification provisions. For example, it may address whether statutory indemnities or indemnities implied by law are included or excluded. This clause ensures clarity regarding the boundaries of indemnification, preventing disputes over unforeseen liabilities and helping parties understand the full range of their risk exposure.
