Scope of Services and Duties. The services to be provided by CONTRACTOR and the scope of CONTRACTOR's duties include the following: CONTRACTOR shall provide detoxification services to certain county residents who have been determined by authorized Sierra County Human Services staff, to be in need of treatment of chemical dependency. Detoxification services are defined for the purpose of this contract as a peer group oriented, residential facility that provides food, shelter and certain services in a supportive substance free environment for the recovering individual.
