Common use of Scope of Services; Applicable Law Clause in Contracts

Scope of Services; Applicable Law. .1 The A/E shall provide professional design services for the Project, including, but not limited to, services customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted architectural or engineering services, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the provisions set forth in the attached Scope of Architect/Engineer Agreement labeled Exhibit #1.‌ .2 The A/E shall provide such services in accordance with Applicable Law, the applicable announcement issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code (“O.R.C.”) Section 153.67 (“Announcement”), and the Owner’s Standards of Design, if any.
