Scope of Services Provided. 1. According to this Agreement the Supplier undertakes to provide the Client with services at funds circulation management by means of its own software application ADMINTON available to the Client by means of the website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ (hereinafter referred to as the “ADMINTON Application“). By means of this Application the Client will be able to manage assigning of funds to prepaid payment cards. The payment cards provider is Wirecard Card Solutions Ltd, a company registered in United Kingdom, Payment Card Solutions (UK) Ltd, ▇▇ ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (hereinafter referred to as “B4B”). 2. The Supplier will provide the Client with cooperation at entering to contract on a remote basis with B4B especially by ensuring the transfer of data needed to make the contract and fulfil the rights and obligations according to the contract. At the same time, the Supplier will provide technical connection of the ADMINTON Application with the B4B payment system needed for proper functioning of the ADMINTON Application. 3. At the same time, the Supplier will provide the Client with cooperation at procuring the prepaid payment cards issued for the name of persons acting on behalf of or on the account of the Client, i.e. specific natural persons, who will be the holders of prepaid payment cards (hereinafter referred to as the “Card Holder“). These persons will also enter the contractual relation with B4B, whereas by means of the ADMINTON Application the Supplier will provide cooperation at entering into contract between B4B and the Card Holder, namely with the Client´s consent with the Terms and Conditions forming a part of the contract and available on ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇. The Card Holders will provide their personal data and consent with its use by means of the ADMINTON Application. 4. The Parties agreed that a part of this Agreement´s content is determined by the NFX´s Business Terms and Conditions dated 01 May 2018. These Business Terms and Conditions include mainly technical conditions for running and using the ADMINTON Application, limits and neoprávnených transakcií, ako aj vedľajšie dojednania týkajúce sa tejto zmluvy. 5. Dodávateľ sa v žiadnom momente obehu peňažných prostriedkov nestane vlastníkom týchto peňažných prostriedkov, tieto sú spravované prostredníctvom aplikácie ADMINTON. Pre účely správneho obehu finančných prostriedkov prevezme Dodávateľ od Klienta peňažné prostriedky formou Depozitu pre účely nabitia predplatných platobných kariet formou použitia prijatého Depozitu. Dodávateľ je oprávnený nakladať s peňažnými prostriedkami Klienta len na základe príkazov realizovaných prostredníctvom aplikácie ADMINTON. 6. Dodávateľ v prípade vydania elektronickej stravnej platobnej karty alebo ubytovacej platobnej karty limituje Držiteľa karty na použitie platobnej karty len na území Slovenska bez možnosti využitia platobného terminálu a v prípade elektronickej stravovacej platobnej karty limituje Držiteľa karty na používanie len v stravovacích zariadenia a v prípade elektronickej ubytovacej platobnej karty limituje Držiteľa karty na pouzívanie len v ubytovacích zariadeniach a hoteloch. 1. Príkaznou zmluvou sa zaväzuje príkazník, že pre príkazcu obstará nejakú vec alebo vykoná inú činnosť. V zmysle tejto zmluvy je obsahom záväzku Dodávateľa ako príkazníka, že pre Klienta ako príkazcu obstará prostredníctvom aplikácie ADMINTON riadenie obehu peňažných prostriedkov podľa príkazov Klienta realizovaných prostredníctvom aplikácie ADMINTON. 2. Za účelom plnenia príkazov Klienta, je Klient povinný uhradiť na bankový účet Dodávateľa uvedený v záhlaví tejto zmluvy (ďalej len „Transakčný účet“) peňažné prostriedky, ktoré budú na základe príkazov Klienta prevedené v prospech predplatených platobných kariet vydaných Držiteľom kariet. measures to prevent the risk or unauthorised transactions and secondary covenants relating to this Agreement.
