Common use of Scope of Settlement Clause in Contracts

Scope of Settlement. The Settlement includes monetary and non-monetary components, as set forth in detail below. The Settlement described herein will effect a full and final settlement and resolution of: a) all claims brought against Defendant in the Litigation and in the Batra action and b) all Named Plaintiffs’ Released Claims and Settlement Class Members’ Released Claims as described in Section VII.
