Scope of the Addendum. Cornerstone acts as a processor for Client, who acts as the controller. Personal Data may include the categories of Personal Data, the categories of data subjects and the purposes of the Processing set out in Annex 1.

Scope of the Addendum. This Addendum shall govern and apply to all Confidential Utility Information disclosed to ESCO or to which ESCO is given access by Utility, including all archival or back-up copies of the Confidential Utility Information held or maintained by ESCO (or it its Representatives). All Confidential Utility Information, in whatever form, media, or medium provided or held, and all extracts, compilations, studies, or other documents based on, derived from, or containing Confidential Utility Information, all data electronically exchanged between the Parties, and all correspondence between or among the Parties or their respective Representatives pertaining to the same shall constitute Confidential Utility Information hereunder. No financial information will be provided pursuant to this Addendum. If any information is inadvertently sent to ESCO, ESCO will immediately notify the Utility and Destroy any such information in the appropriate manner.

Scope of the Addendum. 3.1 This Addendum regulates the procedures and conditions and the undertakings of the Custodian and the Client regarding the provision of custodial services for Loan Documents in conjunction with the Agreement, subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum. 3.2 From time to time the Custodian, upon Instruction by the Client or its Authorized Person, will receive and hold physical documents evidencing the Client’s interests in Assets in the nature of Loans entered into or purchased by the Client. The parties hereto agree that neither the Loans nor any Loan Documents will be registered in the name of the Custodian or its nominee. 3.3 The Custodian agrees to accept and safekeep Loan Documents from time to time subject to the agreement of the Client as described herein and agrees to provide the services as described in Exhibit A.

Scope of the Addendum. 1.1 This Addendum regulates the procedures and conditions and the undertakings of the Custodian and the Client regarding the provision of custodial services for Loan Documents (as defined below) in conjunction with the GCSA and, subject to the terms and conditions of this Addendum. 1.2 From time to time the Custodian, upon Instruction by the Client, will receive and hold physical documents evidencing the Client’s interests in Assets in the nature of loans or participations or interests in loans, including without limitation interests in syndicated bank loans and bank loan participations, whether in the U.S. or outside the U.S. (collectively, “Loans”) entered into or purchased by the Client. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that neither the Loans nor any Loan Documents will be registered in the name of the Custodian or its nominee. The Custodian agrees to accept and safekeep the instruments, certificates, agreements and/or other documents which the Custodian may receive with respect to Loans (collectively, “Loan Documents”) from time to time subject to the acknowledgement and agreement of the Client as follows.

Scope of the Addendum. This Addendum shall govern the security practices of ESEs that have electronic communications, other than email, with the utility and security practices that applyaccess, or are provided in electronic format, to all Confidential Utility Information disclosed to ESE or to which ESE is given access by Utility, including all archival or back-up copies of the Confidential Utility Information held or maintained by ESE (or it its Representatives). All Confidential Utility Information, in whatever form, media, or medium provided or held, and all extracts, compilations, studies, or other documents based on, derived from, or containing Confidential Utility Information, all data electronically exchanged between the Parties, and all correspondence between or among the Parties or their respective Representatives pertaining to the same shall constitute Confidential Utility Information ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ will also govern any Vendor Product/Service Security Assessments or self–attestations and such other risk assessment forms as required under Section 5 herein as well as any Confidential ESE Information obtained by Utility in connection with this Addendum or through an audit performed of ESE or its Representatives in accordance with Section 8. No financial information will be provided pursuant to this Addendum. If any information is inadvertently sent or disclosed to ESE, ESEa Party, the Receiving Party will immediately notify the UtilityDisclosing Party and destroyDestroy any such information in the appropriate manner.

Scope of the Addendum. 2.1 Both Parties will jointly determine the purposes and means of the Processing of User Personal Data as described in Exhibit, in connection with the performance of each Party’s obligations under the Principal Agreement for the purpose of monetizing the Partner’s ad inventory through Teads platform and for the placement of ads. Therefore, the Parties agree that they will each act as a joint controller for the User Personal Data processing. 2.2 This Addendum only applies to the extent that EU Data Protection Law applies to the Processing of Personal Data, including if (a) the Processing is in the context of the activities of an establishment of either Party in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and/or (b) the Personal Data relates to Data Subjects who are in the EEA and the Processing relates to the offering to them of goods or services or the monitoring of their behavior in the EEA by or on behalf of a Party. The Parties shall ensure that they will Process Personal Data solely for the purposes contemplated in the Principal Agreement, this Addendum or as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties. For the avoidance of doubt, this Addendum and the obligations hereunder do not apply to aggregated reporting or depersonalized statistics a Party may provide to the other Party in connection with the provision of the Services.

Scope of the Addendum. 1.1 The Contractor shall provide an operation and maintenance service to the Employer which is due from the date of Final Handover (following the Defects Liability Period) for a 36-month period. 1.2 The contract is subject to the main contract. 1.3 The inspection and maintenance cover the complete plant including the 11kV point of supply in the main substation.

Scope of the Addendum. The terms and conditions ofthe Master Collective Agreement shall apply to the Mobile Utility Employees unless specifically altered by this Addendum.
