Common use of Scope of the Business Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Business. The Company will own, operate and manage its wholly owned subsidiary Longkou Haimeng Machinery Company Limited, a wholly foreign owned enterprise duly organized and existing under the laws of China with its legal address at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, China (“Haimeng”). The Company may also own, operate and manage any joint investments of the Parties. The Company may do all those acts and things allowed by the Companies Ordinance and by the Articles necessary to own, operate and manage its subsidiaries or assets.
