Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. 2.1 The scope of the Project during the Concession Period shall mean and include the following (the “Scope of the Project”): (a) to design, finance, and construct the Project on the Project Site set forth in Schedule A, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to develop the Project as specified in Schedule B, in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule C;

Scope of the Project. 2.1 The scope of the Project during the Concession Period shall mean and include the following (the “Scope of the Project”):) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (ai) to design, finance, and construct carrying-out detailed investigation of the Project on Sites and designing, constructing/procuring the Project Site Facilities and Associated Infrastructure at Sites. set forth in Schedule – A, Schedule – B and Schedule – C (ii) operation and maintenance of the Project Facility and Associated Infrastructure in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to develop the Project as specified in Schedule B, in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule C;

Scope of the Project. 2.1 Scope of the Project The scope of the Project during the Concession Period shall mean as defined in Schedule A and include the following Schedule B hereto, (the “Scope of the Project”): (a) to designshall mean and include, financeduring the Concession Period: Tolling, operation, management, maintenance and construct transfer of the Project on the Project Site set forth in Schedule A, Highway subject to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to develop ; and performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Project as specified Concessionaire in Schedule B, in conformity accordance with the Specifications provisions of this Agreement and Standards set forth in Schedule C;matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. 2.1 2.1.1 The scope of the Project during the Concession Period shall mean and include the following (the “Scope of the Project”):) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) to designPlanning, financeDesign, Financing and construct Construction of the Project on the Project Site Site/ Offered Area set forth in Schedule A, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to develop the Project Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule B, Schedule-B together with provision of the Project Assets in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule Cand other provisions of this Agreement;

Scope of the Project. 2.1 The scope of the Project during the Concession Period shall mean and include the following (the “Scope of the Project”):) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) to design, finance, and construct implementation of the Project on the Project Site as set forth in Schedule A, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; (b) to develop the Project as specified in Schedule B, Schedule-A and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule CSchedule-B; (b) operation and maintenance of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
