Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the "Scope of the Project") shall mean and include, during the Agreement Period: a) Development, operation and management of Project Facilities in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Approved Project Implementation Plan submitted to the Authority; b) Performance and fulfilment of all other obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all obligations under this Agreement and c) Transfer of Project Site along with the Project Facilities in good operational conditions on the Expiry Date or the Termination Date as the case may be in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
