Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction of the Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- D; (b) operation and maintenance of-the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession PeriodTerm: (a) construction of the Project Facility on the Site set forth in Schedule-accordance with Schedules A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project H, including the Seller Interconnection Facilities as specified in Schedule- CSchedule D, and in conformity with the existing legislation and the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- DSchedule C; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Facility in accordance with the existing legislation, and the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire Seller in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire Seller under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction of the Project Highway on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) financing, construction and procurement of the Project Rail System on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule A and as specified in Schedule-Schedule B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Rail System in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction of the Project on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as in accordance with the requirements specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction of the Project Bus Port on the Site set forth in Schedule-Schedule- A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Bus Port in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction and procurement of the Project Rail System and Real Estate Development on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-Schedule- B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Rail System in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction Construction of the Project Heliport on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation operation, maintenance and maintenance of-management of the Project Heliport in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment fulfilment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “Scope of the Project”) shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction of the Project Highway on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- Schedule-C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project Highway in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the “"Scope of the Project”") shall mean and include, during the Concession Period: (a) construction planning, designing, financing, constructing, marketing of the Project as specified in Schedule B and Project Facilities as specified in Schedule C on the Site set forth in Schedule-A and as specified in Schedule-B together with provision of Project Facilities as specified in Schedule- C, and in conformity with the Specifications and Standards set forth in Schedule- Schedule-D; (b) operation and maintenance of-of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and (c) performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Concessionaire in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Concessionaire under this Agreement.
