Common use of Scope of the Project Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Project. The scope of the Project (the "Scope of the Project") shall mean and include, during the term of this Agreement: a) Designing, constructing, erecting, testing, commissioning and completing the [Solar PV ground mount Project] and supply of Contracted Capacity; b) Operation and maintenance of the [Solar PV ground mount Project] in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement; and c) Performance and fulfillment of all other obligations of the Solar Power Developer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Solar Power Developer under this Agreement.
