Common use of Scope of the Supervision Clause in Contracts

Scope of the Supervision. The Supervising Firm shall report, on a monthly basis and in writing, to the GRANTOR and the OSINERGMIN about the development of the Works. The supervision shall be provided in the performance of the “Puerto ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ – Iberia 138 kV Transmission Line” Project, which consists of the following: a) Iberia 138/22.9 kV Substation 138 kV Side (1) connection cell for the busbar reactor.
