Common use of Scope of this Addendum Clause in Contracts

Scope of this Addendum. This Addendum applies where, and only to the extent that, New Relic processes Personal Data that is subject to Data Protection Laws on behalf of Customer as Data Processor in the course of providing the Service pursuant to the Agreement. This Addendum does not include personal data collected in accordance with the General Data Privacy Notice for which New Relic is the Data Controller.
