SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT. This Agreement sets out the basis on which we will deal in and arrange deals in investments, enter into Transactions and provide such other services as agreed in writing from time to youtime. This Agreement governs each Transaction entered into or outstanding between us (or, where so agreed any two of our respective Designated Offices) on or after the execution of this Agreement. Subject to Applicable Regulations and this Agreement there shall be no restrictions on the Transactions in respect of which we may advise you or deal with you. A description of the main characteristics of the service we will provide is enclosed.
