Common use of Scope of Traffic Clause in Contracts

Scope of Traffic. This Section prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA Trunks”) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

Scope of Traffic. This Section 5 prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA Traffic Exchange Trunks”) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Section 4 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, Transit Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA 800/888 traffic, InterLATA Toll Traffic (to the extent applicable), and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

This Section prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA "Traffic Exchange Trunks”") to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Section 4.0 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, Transit Traffic, translated LEC IntraLATA 800/888 traffic, InterLATA Toll Traffic (to the extent applicable), and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ ' respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

This Section Article 4 prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA Trunks”) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Article 3 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

Scope of Traffic. This Section prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA "Traffic Exchange Trunks”") to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Section 4.0 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ ' respective Telephone Exchange Service CustomersCustomers and where such traffic is not presubscribed for carriage by a third party carrier nor carried by a third party carrier as casual dialed (10XXX and 101XXXX) traffic.

This Section 4 prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA Trunks”) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Section 3.0 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic, untranslated IntraLATA and InterLATA 800/888 traffic (when technically feasible), InterLATA Toll Traffic (to the extent applicable), and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

Scope of Traffic. This Section Article IV prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “A Local/IntraLATA Trunks”Trunks@ ) to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Article III for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ ' respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.

This Section prescribes parameters for trunk groups (the “Local/IntraLATA "Traffic Exchange Trunks”") to be effected over the Interconnections specified in Part IV Section 4.0 for the transmission and routing of Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic between the Parties’ ' respective Telephone Exchange Service Customers.
