Article V prescribes parameters for certain facilities and trunk groups to be established over the Interconnections specified in Article III for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access traffic and nontranslated 800 traffic between Requesting Carrier Telephone Exchange Service Customers and Interexchange Carriers (the “Access Toll Connecting Trunks”).
