Scope of Use. You or your Affiliates may use the Software for each License Key you purchased, for the number of Tenants licensed on a single Acumatica production database. You may also use a reasonable number of copies of the Software for development, testing, archival purposes, and training on non-production servers. No other right or license to use of the Software is granted or implied. You are responsible for ensuring your Affiliates comply with the terms of this Agreement.
