Common use of SCOPE OF WORK OF THE OPERATOR Clause in Contracts

SCOPE OF WORK OF THE OPERATOR. 3.1.1 The scope of work of the Operator (the “Scope of Work”) shall mean and include, during the Contract Period, the following: a. undertaking the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Contract; and b. performance and fulfilment of all other obligations of the Operator in accordance with the provisions of this Contract and matters incidental thereto or necessary for the performance of any or all of the obligations of the Operator under this Contract. 3.1.2 The detailed Scope of Work to be rendered by the Operator has been set forth in Schedule-I.
