SCOPE THIS AGREEMENT a) This Agreement shall apply to all employees as enumerated. All employees working for the Company as enumerated in the following Appendices hereunto annexed and forming part of this Agreement: Appendix “A“ Hours of work, overtime, classifications, and wage rates of employees of mobile equipment in Oilfield Contract Hauling, and their helpers related thereto. Appendix covering hours of work, overtime, classifications and rates of pay for Shop employees. Appendix Prairie Teamsters Health and Welfare Plan Appendix Teamsters Advancement Fund Appendix Prairie Teamsters Pension Plan In the event the Company engages in work covered by Construction, Road Building, and Pipeline Agreements, it is understood and agreed that the Company, when doing work covered by those Agreements, shall become signatory to those Agreements, along with signatory Teamster Unions. In the event an entire business or any part thereof is sold, leased, transferredor taken over by sale, transfer, lease assignment, receivership or bankruptcy proceedings such business or any part thereof shall continueto be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement for the life thereof.

  • Parties to this Agreement This is an agreement for indemnity reinsurance solely between the Company and the Reinsurer. The performance of the obligations of each Party under this Agreement shall be rendered solely to the other Party. The acceptance of risks under this Agreement shall create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Company.

  • SCOPE OF THIS AGREEMENT 2.1. This Agreement, including Parts A through L, Tables One and Two and exhibits, specifies the rights and obligations of each Party with respect to the establishment, purchase, and sale of Local Interconnection, Collocation, resale of Telecommunications Services and Unbundled Network Elements. Certain terms used in this Agreement shall have the meanings defined in PART A – DEFINITIONS, or as otherwise elsewhere defined throughout this Agreement. Other terms used but not defined in this Agreement will have the meanings ascribed to them in the Act and in the FCC’s and the Commission’s rules, regulations and orders. PART B sets forth the general terms and conditions governing this Agreement. The remaining Parts set forth, among other things, descriptions of the services, pricing, technical and business requirements, and physical and network security requirements.

  • TERMINATING THIS AGREEMENT You can terminate this Agreement at any time by notifying us in writing and by discontinuing the use of your Logon ID. We can also terminate this Agreement and revoke access to Online Banking at any time. Whether you terminate the Agreement or we terminate the Agreement, the termination will not affect your obligations under this Agreement, even if we allow any transaction to be completed with your Logon ID after this Agreement has been terminated.

  • ENDING THIS AGREEMENT We may end this Agreement, close the Account or limit your right to access the Account at any time without telling you in advance. The Primary Cardholder may also end this Agreement by telling us. Even if this Agreement is cancelled, the Primary Cardholder is still responsible to pay all amounts owing on the Account. When the Agreement ends, benefits, services and coverages will automatically end, or we can cancel or change them at our discretion.
