SCOTS LAW. Law and Jurisdiction (Clause 12.1) The original Clause 12.1 shall be replaced with: This Call-Off Contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of Scotland and the Parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts any dispute that arises in connection with this Call-Off Contract including, without limitation, any dispute relating to any contractual or non-contractual obligation and the existence, validity or termination of this Call-Off Contract.
