SCRAP. When a law enforcement officer has inspected the vehicle, determined that it meets the definition of “junk vehicle” in RCW 46.55.230 as now or hereafter amended and no registered or legal owner information regarding such vehicle can be found by the Washington State Department of Licensing, the Contractor may dispose of the vehicle directly to a licensed scrap processor.
