Common use of SCRAP Clause in Contracts

Company has the right to scrap w ithout liability, prints submitted for quotations, patterns, models, special tools, and designs used in the manufacture of goods herein quoted unless notice is given to ship these items w ith the completed product or w ithin thirty (30) days of completion of print.
